Booking Confirmation
Bookings are considered confirmed only after successful payment processing and official booking confirmation from Premium Chauffeur Service. Customers are responsible for reviewing booking details carefully before confirming reservations.
Cancellation Requests
Customers may request cancellations by contacting Premium Chauffeur Service directly through our official contact channels. Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible to allow scheduling adjustments and service management.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility may vary depending on factors including booking type, cancellation timing, vehicle allocation, distance, scheduling commitments, special requests, and operational preparation already completed for the booking.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made close to the scheduled pickup time may be subject to partial charges or may become non-refundable where operational costs, driver allocation, travel preparation, or scheduling commitments have already been incurred.
No-Show Policy
Customers who fail to appear at the designated pickup location without reasonable communication may be considered a no-show. No-shows may result in partial or full booking charges depending on the service circumstances and operational commitments involved.
Waiting Time Charges
Complimentary waiting time may be included for selected services. Additional waiting fees may apply where customers exceed the included waiting period, experience significant delays, or require extended driver standby time.
Airport Transfers
For airport transfers, customers are responsible for providing accurate flight details and travel information. While reasonable efforts may be made to monitor flights and adjust pickup timing, Premium Chauffeur Service is not responsible for airline disruptions, immigration delays, baggage delays, airport restrictions, or circumstances outside operational control.
Service Interruptions
Refunds may not be available for delays or interruptions caused by weather conditions, traffic incidents, road closures, public events, government actions, accidents, emergencies, mechanical issues, or other events beyond reasonable operational control.
Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Premium Chauffeur Service directly regarding any payment concerns or disputes before initiating external payment disputes or chargeback requests. We aim to resolve reasonable concerns professionally and fairly.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may require reasonable processing time depending on the payment provider, banking institution, and transaction method used during booking. Processing times may vary and are outside our direct control once initiated through third-party payment systems.
Special Event & Peak Period Bookings
Certain bookings including special events, peak travel periods, major public events, holidays, executive services, or customized travel arrangements may be subject to separate cancellation conditions or limited refund eligibility due to higher operational commitments.
Changes To Bookings
Requests to modify booking details including pickup times, locations, destinations, passenger counts, or vehicle preferences may be subject to availability, additional charges, or operational limitations.
Force Majeure
Premium Chauffeur Service shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or service limitations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, emergencies, accidents, technical failures, or public safety events.
